La famille annonce avec tristesse son décès le mercredi 15 février 2023 à Extendicare Timmins à l’âge de 83 ans.
Cher époux de Colette (née Laneville). Père bien-aimé d’Irène (Augustin) Chénier et Guy (Michelle) Bisson. Grand-papa de Chantale et Natalie Chénier, Brittany et Christopher Bisson.
Il laisse aussi dans le deuil ses sœurs Germaine Burnett (feu Jimmy), Cecile Dutrisac, Marguerite Krakana (feu Dave), Louise Brownrigg, Claire Cormier (Jerry) et Yvonne Mercier (Rick), sa belle-sœur Lorraine Bisson, ainsi que plusieurs nièces et neveux.
Prédécédé par ses parents William et Lucie Bisson, par son frère Léo, et ses soeurs Elizabeth Riopel et Rita Riopel.
La famille désire remercier le personnel de Pearl Lake à Extendicare Timmins pour leur appui et leur compassion.
La messe des funérailles aura lieu le mardi 21 février 2023 à 11h dans la chapelle de la maison funéraire, suivi par une réception à la Salle de réception de la Maison funéraire LESSARD-STEPHENS. Dear husband of Colette (nee Laneville). Loving father of Irène (Augustin) Chénier and Guy (Michelle) Bisson. Dear grandfather of Chantale and Natalie Chénier, Brittany and Christopher Bisson.
He is also survived by his sisters Germaine Burnett (late Jimmy), Cecile Dutrisac, Marguerite Krakana (late Dave), Louise Brownrigg, Claire Cormier (Jerry) and Yvonne Mercier (Rick), his sister-in-law Lorraine Bisson, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents William and Lucie Bisson, his brother Léo, and his sisters Elizabeth Riopel and Rita Riopel.
The family would like to thank the staff of Pearl Lake at Extendicare Timmins for their care and compassion.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday February 21, 2023 at 11 am in the funeral home chapel, followed by a reception at the LESSARD-STEPHENS Reception Centre.
