Obituary for Joseph Robitaille
The family announces with sorrow his death on Thursday February 17, 2022 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 74.
Dear husband of Alice Robitaille. Loving father of Allan and Jamie-Lynn Robitaille and father-in-law of Curtis Theriault. Dear grandfather of Liam and Lacey Theriault, brother of Gladys Robitaille, Garnet “Gary” Robitaille and John Robitaille. He also leaves behind members of the Pigeau family and their partners, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Joseph Robitaille and Helen Landers and his parents-in-law Philippe and Anabelle Pigeau.
Joseph was a miner at Pamour Mine for 35 years. He was a shift boss on surface for many years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. His family meant everything to him.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
