Obituary for Leroy Bolger

It is with great sorrow that the family announces his sudden and unexpected passing on Friday, May 13, 2022, at the young age of 33 years. Cherished father of Jason and Blake. Loving son of Joan Bolger (Pete Godda) and Ivan Butt. Dear brother of Mitchell, Travis (Bianca), Megan, Sophi, Ivani and Jeremy. He leaves behind his nephews Parker and Miller, his nan Gertie Bolger, his aunts and uncles; Florence (Anthony), Norman (Anne Marie), Rhoda (George), Gina (Terry), Janice (Gary), Genevieve (Darius), Gary, Betty, Elaine (Kevin) and Darren (Peggy), cousins, his girlfriend Carissa Gamache, his best friend Mona (Allie) Lanteigne and their son Legend, and numerous friends. A special thank you to his work family with whom he worked closely with at NSE Contracting; Josh B, Crystal Landy, Carren Smith, Marc Gelinas, Laurier Pilon, Jules Fournier, Cameron Johnson, Andrew Baran, Parker Cashmore, Bobby Brousseau and Derek Daigle for always loving and being there for Leroy. He loved you all like his own family. Leroy is predeceased by his grandparents Gerald Bolger, Clifford and Mary Agnes Butt, as well as his good friend Evan (Nugget) Lelievre.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022, at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel which will be livestreamed on the funeral home Facebook page. To access the livestream, CLICK HERE 5 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home. Reception to follow in the reception center. Remembrance donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated.
