It is with heavy hearts and great sorrow that her daughters announce Lorraine’s passing at home, at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband, Adrian Landers and survived by numerous siblings. Loving mother of Laurie Cremin (Glen), Nadine Rypalowski (John), Karol Ferrari (Keith), and Adrianne Landers. Proud Grandmother of Aaron and Derrick Cremin, Allorina, Zachary, and Nicholas Rypalowski, Kyle and (late) Kevin Ferrari, Dano and Sylvie Desjardins. Great-grandmother to Hannah, Kayla and Avery Cremin Graesen Rypalowski, and Tyson and Sadie Desjardins. Lorraine was a core French teacher in the Timmins area for 17 years and volunteered for the Canadian Cancer Society. The family would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Maisonneuve for her continuing care, as well as all the caregivers who made Mom’s last few months comfortable while providing her with excellent care and kindness. As per mom’s wishes there will be no visitation or memorial service. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations can be made to Timmins and District Hospital Hospice or Special Olympics Timmins.
