The family announces with great sadness his passing on February 5, 2023 at the age of 64. Loving father of Thomas Michael Trickett and Natalie Alice Sasseville of Timmins, On. He is survived by his siblings, Jon Trickett (Bonny Michaud), Branda Trickett (Gary Kavanagh), Ruth Parks (Bill), Cori Sutherland (David), Parry Trickett (Catherine), Neil Trickett, Chris Trickett and Rene Trickett (Rebecca). He will also be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Michael is predeceased by his sister Bonnie Trickett, his mother Jean Trickett-Ogden and his father Jack Trickett. Michael was a great, caring and compassionate man. His humour would always light up a room and his generosity knew no bounds. His love of hunting and fishing resonated with everyone. While he may have departed too early, he will live on in each and everyone of us through memories, life lessons and love. The family will receive friends on Thursday February 9, 2023 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home followed by a reception in the Lessard-Stephens Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
