Obituary for Wilbert "Web" Foster
The family announces with sadness the passing of Wilbert “Web” Foster on Monday June 20, 2022, at Extendicare Timmins.
Proud father of John and Don (Reina); devoted grandfather of David (Amber), Scott (Lisa), Ashley (Chris) and Allyson (Ryan); loving Great Grampa of Kennedy, Reagan, Wyatt and Theo.
He was predeceased by his cherished wife Carmen (nee-Patry) and his daughter-in-law Bonnie.
Web was a kind, generous man eager to help family and friends in any way that he could. He enjoyed his career with St. Mary’s Cement travelling throughout Northern Ontario meeting clients and new friends in every community. In his retirement he continued to travel and was always looking forward to heading out on the road.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Extendicare Timmins for their care and compassion.
As per Web’s wishes there will be no service and he will be laid to rest beside Carmen. Remembrance donations to the Alzheimer Society will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
