La famille annonce avec grand regret son décès à L'hôpital de Timmins et du district le vendredi 11 août 2017 entouré de sa famille à l'âge de 75 ans. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Edith; ses filles Johanne (Lance Turgeon), Lyne (Bill Ellis) et Julie (Don Dionne); ses petits-enfants Krystle-Lee Turgeon (Eric Mondor), Shayne Turgeon (Corrina Payne), Erika et Mackenzie Ellis et Kyrah Duval-Turgeon; sa mère Eleonore Duval; ses frères et soeurs Monique Turgeon (Jean), Jean-Claude Duval (Denise), Claudette L'Heureux, Robert Duval (Carole), Suzanne Bibeau (François), Clermont Duval (Suzanne), Eugène Duval (Michelle) et Paule Duval (Jean-Pierre Bouffard) ainsi que plusieurs nièces et neveux. Il fut prédécédé par son père Maxime Duval. Un service commémoratif aura lieu le mercredi 16 août 2017 à 11h à l'église St-Dominique. La famille recevra parents et amis mardi entre 18h et 21h à la Maison funéraire Lessard-Stephens. Les témoignages de sympathie peuvent se traduire par un don commémoratif à la Fondation de l'hôpital de Timmins et du district
-soins palliatifs ou à la Société de l'arthrite.

The family announces with great sorrow his death on Friday August 11, 2017 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 75 years. He is survived by his wife Edith; his daughters Johanne (Lance Turgeon), Lyne (Bill Ellis) and Julie (Don Dionne); his grand-children Krystle-Lee Turgeon (Eric Mondor), Shayne Turgeon (Corrina Payne), Erika and Mackenzie Ellis and Kyrah Duval-Turgeon; his mother Eleonore Duval; his brothers and sisters Monique Turgeon (Jean), Jean-Claude Duval (Denise), Claudette L'Heureux, Robert Duval (Carole), Suzanne Bibeau (François), Clermont Duval (Suzanne), Eugène Duval (Michelle) and Paule Duval (Jean-Pierre Bouffard) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Maxime Duval. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday August 16, 2017 at 11am at St- Dominique Church. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 9pm at Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care Unit or to the Arthritis Society would be greatly appreciated.
