Obituary for Roger "Ti Père" Daigneault

The family announces with great sorrow his death on Saturday March 10, 2018 at the Golden Manor at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of Jeanne Daigneault (née DuBois). Loving father of Marc Daigneault (Céline), Yves Daigneault and Joanne Daigneault (Steve Dallaire). Cherished grandfather of Ashley Daigneault (Cameron Melen), Sarah Daigneault, Austin Daigneault, Chelsea Daigneault, Massey Daigneault, Kassandra St-Pierre, Anabelle Dallaire, Rosalie Dallaire and great-grandfather of Jaxson Daigneault and Greyson Daigneault-Melen. Also survived by his brothers and sisters Florian Daigneault, Huguette Côté (Germain), Émile Daigneault and Nicole Daigneault, his extended family the Cloutiers and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Arthur(1987) and Simone(1989)Daigneault, his brother Réjean Daigneault(2017) and his precious granddaughter Paige St-Pierre(2009). Roger worked at Timmins Gravel for several years then retired from CSCDGR in 2002 after 20 years of service. The family wishes to thank all the staff at the Golden Manor for their care and compassion and a special THANK YOU to Michele Fontaine, Guylaine Paiement and Christine Godda for always going above and beyond in caring for Roger during the past two 2 years. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Friday March 16, 2018 at Notre-dame-de-la-Paix Church. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 am to 11am at the church. Remembrance donations to the Parkinson Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
